Refund Policy

Highly Bored LLP is committed to your satisfaction with ShaadiScheduler. This Refund Policy is compliant with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

1. Our Refund Commitment

Simple, no-questions-asked refund:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 (seven) calendar days of the date of purchase. No questions asked.

  2. Subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Registered Email Address]"
  3. Include your registered email address and date of purchase.
  4. We will acknowledge within 24 hours and process the refund upon approval.

4. Refund Processing Timelines

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timelines depend on your provider:

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

5. GST and Invoicing

GST invoices will be issued where applicable. If you require a GST invoice for your purchase, please include your GSTIN in your refund or support request email and we will issue the invoice accordingly.

After 7 days from purchase, no refunds will be issued. However, you will retain full access to your purchased plan's features for the duration of the plan period.

ShaadiScheduler plans are one-time payments. There are no recurring subscriptions or automatic renewals. You will never be charged without your explicit action and consent.

9. Your Consumer Rights

This Refund Policy does not limit or waive any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, or any other applicable Indian consumer protection legislation. If you believe your consumer rights have been violated, you may approach the appropriate consumer forum.
