1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ShaadiScheduler (the "Platform"), operated by Highly Bored LLP, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Highly Bored LLP ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). Our Refund Policy is incorporated by reference - refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility

To use ShaadiScheduler you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Indian law.
• Not be barred from receiving services under any applicable law.
• If you access the Platform from outside India, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

3. Description of Service

ShaadiScheduler is an AI-assisted Indian wedding planning platform providing:

• Personalised AI-generated wedding checklists and planning timelines.
• Budget planning and tracking with indicative estimates.
• Guest list management and RSVP tracking.
• Wedding event timeline management.
• Scenario simulation tools ("Scenario Lab") for planning decisions.
• A private emotional support chat ("Is This Normal?") for wedding-related anxiety.
• A Family Portal providing read-only access to selected wedding information.
• Couple's Corner - a private personal planning space.

The Platform is a planning tool only. We are not responsible for the performance, quality, or conduct of any wedding vendor, service provider, or third party you engage based on information from the Platform. All vendor decisions remain solely your responsibility.

3.1 Nature of AI-Generated Content

Significant portions of the Platform's output are generated using artificial intelligence. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is indicative and informational only. It does not constitute professional advice - financial, legal, medical, psychological, or otherwise.
• Budget estimates are approximations and may not reflect actual vendor prices in your location or at the time of your wedding.
• The Company makes no warranty that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific circumstances.
• You consent to anonymised and aggregated data from your use of the Platform being used to improve our AI models and services. We will never use identifiable personal data for AI training without your explicit additional consent.
• You are solely responsible for verifying all information and making your own decisions.

3.2 Is This Normal? - Emotional Support Chat

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• This feature is not staffed by or connected to any licensed therapist, psychiatrist, psychologist, or medical professional.
• The Company is not responsible for any decisions you make based on conversations with this feature.
• If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of self-harm, or any situation requiring professional intervention, you must seek help from a qualified professional or emergency services immediately.
• The feature may decline to engage with topics outside wedding-related stress and will redirect you to professional help where appropriate.

THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY HARM, PSYCHOLOGICAL OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE IS THIS NORMAL? FEATURE.

4. User Accounts

You must create an account to access the Platform. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your credentials, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at grievance@shaadischeduler.com of any unauthorised access.

5. User-Generated Content

You may upload or submit personal data, notes, guest information, and other content ("User Content") to the Platform. You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to submit such content.

Takedown and Reporting: If any User Content on the Platform violates applicable law, third-party rights, or these Terms, any affected party may report it to our Grievance Officer at grievance@shaadischeduler.com. We will:

• Acknowledge the report within 24 hours.
• Review the reported content within 72 hours.
• Take appropriate action - including removal - within 15 days if the content is found to violate applicable law or these Terms.
• Notify the reporting party of the action taken, to the extent permitted by law.

This process is compliant with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

6. Plans and Pricing

ShaadiScheduler offers the following plans:

• Free Plan: Core features with limited AI interactions. No payment required.
• Elevated Plan (Rs. 2,999 one-time): Enhanced AI features and unlimited core planning tools.
• Luxe Plan (Rs. 4,999 one-time): Full access to all features including priority support.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). GST invoices will be issued where applicable. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. Existing paid users will not be affected during their plan period.

Refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund Policy.

7. Platform Availability

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control including third-party service provider outages (Supabase, Vercel, OpenAI, Anthropic, or payment gateway partners).

We will endeavour to notify users of planned downtime in advance where possible. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from Platform unavailability.

8. Family Portal

The Family Portal provides a read-only view of selected wedding information via a unique link. You are solely responsible for who you share the Family Portal link with. Any person with access to the link can view the information visible in the Family Portal. You may disable or reset the link at any time from within the Platform.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its infrastructure; upload content that is defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, or harmful; use automated tools or scrapers; reverse engineer any part of the Platform; or misrepresent your identity.

10. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform - including software, design, AI models, branding, and Company-created content - are owned by Highly Bored LLP. You retain ownership of all personal data and content you upload. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data solely to provide the Service to you.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. The Company does not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate, reliable, or complete.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. In no event shall the Company's total liability exceed the amount you paid to the Company in the 12 months preceding the claim, or Rs. 5,000, whichever is lower.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Highly Bored LLP, its partners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, government action, internet outages, or failure of third-party service providers.

15. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified via email and/or a notice on the Platform. Your continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Manipal, Karnataka, India. Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to first contact our Grievance Officer to attempt informal resolution within 30 days.
